1.1. Membership in the Kedma Cosmetics VIP Club is a paid service available to all customers who request a club card.

1.2. Membership provides special privileges and benefits listed below. To access them, you must request the card and accept these terms.

 

2. Membership Benefits

 

2.1. Exclusive personalized packages available only to members.

2.2. Free delivery on every order and special member discounts.

2.3. Birthday gift for the Member.

2.4. Priority access to new and limited edition products.

2.5. Invitations to exclusive events (twice a year).

 

3. Membership Duration and Terms

 

3.1. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.

3.2. After the initial 12-month period, membership will be automatically renewed for another 12 months unless cancellation is requested.

 

4. Fees and Payments

 

4.1. The annual membership fee is 150 BGN, paid once upon requesting the card.

4.2. Payment can be made via bank transfer or in cash.

 

5. Fee Refunds

 

5.1. A refund is possible within 14 days after payment if no benefits have been used.

5.2. After 14 days, the fee is non-refundable.

 

6. Rights and Obligations

 

6.1. Provider’s responsibilities:

 

• To provide all listed benefits.

• To inform Members about upcoming events and promotions.

6.2. Member’s responsibilities:

 

• To pay the annual fee upon requesting the card.

• To provide accurate personal information, including birth date, to receive birthday gifts.

7. Membership Cancellation

 

7.1. The Member may cancel the membership at any time by submitting a written request.

7.2. The Provider has the right to cancel the membership if the Member violates club terms.

 

8. Personal Data

 

8.1. The Provider processes Members’ personal data in accordance with GDPR and national data protection laws, solely for managing the VIP Club.

 

9. Final Provisions

 

9.1. Membership is personal and non-transferable to third parties.

9.2. By agreeing to these Terms, the Member confirms awareness of their rights and responsibilities.
